The photographs, text and design on this site are the work of the studio and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced or used elsewhere without written permission.

Information here is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as possible, but collection contents, session lengths and prices may change. Nothing on this site forms a contract on its own.

Enquiries and requests

Submitting an enquiry or a session request does not create a booking. A session is confirmed only when the studio has confirmed it with you directly, in writing.

Where a date is shown as available on this site, it indicates that the date can be requested, not that it is held for you.

Bookings, deposits and rescheduling

Booking terms — including any deposit, the balance due date, and the reschedule and cancellation policy — are set out in the booking confirmation you receive from the studio, and those terms govern your session.

Newborn dates are expected to move. Early arrivals, late arrivals, illness and difficult weeks are ordinary, and the studio will work with you to find another date.

During a session

Your baby’s comfort and safety take priority over any photograph. A session may be paused or ended at any point, by you or by the studio, if that is the right thing for your baby.

A parent or guardian must be present throughout a newborn session.

Your photographs

Copyright in the photographs remains with the studio. You receive a personal licence to use your delivered images: printing them, sharing them with family, and posting them on your own social media.

Editing, filtering, cropping for commercial use, or selling the images is not covered by that licence. Please do not run delivered images through additional filters before sharing them.

Photographs are delivered as edited files. Unedited or raw files are not provided.

Liability

In the unlikely event that photographs are lost through equipment or data failure, the studio’s liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected session.
