What is collected

When you send an enquiry or a session request, you provide your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, WhatsApp number, expected due date, your baby’s date of birth, the number of people attending, and anything you write in the message field.

That information is used to reply to you, to plan a session, and to keep a record of bookings. It is not used for anything else.

How it is sent

This site is a set of static pages. Form submissions are passed to a third-party form or scheduling service configured by the studio, or — where no service is configured — composed into an email or message that you send yourself from your own device.

Where a third-party service is used, that provider processes the submission on the studio’s behalf and is subject to its own privacy terms.

How long it is kept

Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the studio and meet any accounting or legal obligations, and are then deleted.

Photographs of your family

Photographs from your session belong to your family in the sense that matters: they are delivered to you, privately, and they are not published anywhere without your consent.

If the studio would like to use an image from your session in a portfolio, on this website, or on social media, you will be asked first, and you may say no without it affecting anything.

You can withdraw permission for future use at any time by contacting the studio. Images already printed or already published elsewhere cannot always be recalled, but they will not be used again.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking by default. If an analytics provider is added later, it will be a privacy-respecting one, and this page will be updated to say which.

Your browser may store small preferences locally. Nothing in that storage is sent anywhere.

Your choices

You can ask what information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to smritika.moments@gmail.com and it will be handled.
